Summary
a place for information about LUNC chain status.

Motivation
Right now there is no official channel where we can find information about chain status; no information here on Agora or Twitter; my wallet on Terra Rebel showing no found; the same wallet on Terra Wallet showing found but with errors; and Binance Withdraval showing that chain is on maintenance; so in the current situation, I have no access to my wallet (because of the chain update). I understand that there is work still going on, but there are a lot of people who are not actively tracking events on the LUNC chain, and there should be a place where everyone can check network status. To stop FUD or misinformation and, at the same time, increase the PR of the chain.

Proposal
We can add a network status tab to all Terra Rebel websites.

Yes, I am aware of maintenance, but there are a lot of people who struggle with the lack of this information. I was thinking about official channels, accessible without digging on Twitter or other social media, without necessarily following anyone.
