It will be re-filled/replenished by some method. The reason that we need to burn money cannot be that OP is depleting. We will think of mechanisms to refill it. That is not an issue currently.

We do not need to burn USTC anymore. There is sufficient supply to repeg. Just need to find the capital and fix the algo towards what it should have always been.
