Summary
75M Airdrop divided equally to all wallets with 100k+ delegations

Motivation
This is a gesture of good will by the community to support increase of gas fees to delegations/redelegations and an incentive to delegate.

Proposal
Due to the increase of gas fees Community Pool went from 20M to 175M we are proposing an Airdrop of 75M divided equally to all stakers wallets of +100k LUNC.
This has a gesture of good will towards delegations/redelegations gas fees

We need proposals that improve the ecosystem and not fill the pockets of a few without any purpose

Hire more developper or and incentive new project with help of fund to come over terra luna classic to improve the use case of lunc.
