# Does Luna has maximum supply? Will UST unpeg if Luna reach maximum supply

Hi, I have questions that Does Luna has maximum supply?

What will happen if Luna price drop sharply and to redeem (arbitrage) UST means many more Luna supply.

So, Will UST unpeg if Luna the maximum supply of Luna?

Do you think there should be a maximum supply for Luna? What happens if we hit the Luna max supply but still need to mint more Luna?
