Depepending in how the investigation goes, it stands to reason FTX/Alameda may be on the hook for LUNA/UST losses if they indeed purposefully attacked the peg.

Motivation
While efforts to fix the peg thru technical means should continue, setting up a legal team to go after whomever attacked the peg in the first place, with the understanding that proceeds are to go towards restoring the UST peg, seems like the only option B we have. UST/LUNA need capital to grow and restore the peg, this is a rational way to source that.
Proposal
Im far from a legal expert but if this community was interested in going down this route I would be willing to contribute towards the costs associated with such an effort.
