We can peg the UST to ETH - BTC with the help of collateral funds & revive Luna by burning it.
The proposal aims to achieve the stability in the ecosystem without the people having to go back to state before attack and face losses due to bad distribution.
Proposal
An ICO can be launched where users get UST by exchanging their ETH BTC which will be held in the staking pools as collateral. This pegs the value of the UST to ETH - BTC. Now additional funds can be raised in ICO to get extra minted LUNA and burn it - and the contributor get incentives for it. Incentives should also be placed on voluntarily burning LUNA coin. This will save both UST and LUNA
