It complements nicely your proposal and in fact I think it adds value to it while allowing LUNC/USTC holders to recover their losses and the community to re-unite.
Besides, I think if we can make it work it would be a massive marketing coup and proof of extreme resilience of the Terra ecosystem and DAO.
