[Proposal] Change the name of $UST and use it as LUNA Classic in the old chain taking advantage of the lower Supply

Summary
The fork is happening and a new LUNA will come. We should care about this chain too. Right now $LUNA has a trillion supply, while $UST only have 11b supply

Proposal
I recommend using $UST only from now on in this chain instead of LUNAC. This will increase his value and give it some utility. We can change the name but the token remain the same.

Is easy to give it value with 11b instead of using Luna with more than 1t supply
