I think it is also fair to acknowledge that this build gives a little bit of flexibility in terms of installation:
- v0.5.20 and v0.5.21 can co-exist until the DelegatePowerRevertHeight is reached (although this time period is for consensus catch-up)( approximately 5 days from code build right before available for distribution ).
- “Four out of the six validators confirmed their upgrades to v21. Both v20 and v21 were able to co-exist on the network simultaneously during this upgrade. We then reached the DelegatePowerRevertHeight at block 7684490” (From Section 9 of Emergency Management and Recovery of Luna Classic - ie. whitepaper).
