Thank you for asking, Terrand was build by LoTerra team it is a public good. We didn’t made a public sale. All funds was for the jackpot.
We want to build encrypt and decrypt data in a future round bringing short term data privacy to Terra. The team need funds for building this feature, maintaining Terrand oracle and build more public goods. It will also allows us to build a price feed oracle.
Can you confirm LoTerra isn’t making any money? Isn’t there a fee on jackpots or something similar?

Profit are going to the DAO but LoTerra is not the topic of this post, Terrand is an open source project. The proposal is for funding Terrand oracle public good development.
