Summary
Currently, we are sending the 1.2% tax to a burn address. Instead, we could oscillate it between the accounts and burn the LUNC as a GAS fee, which would increase the volume.
Motivation
People are complaining that volume is low and that 1.2% should be reduced. Instead we could split the 1.2% fee to oscillate between the accounts and burn LUNC as the GAS fee to fix the low volume issue… or we could use the whole 1.2% (does not matter, except that burn could be slower).
Proposal
Oscillate the LUNC that needs to be burned and burn it as a GAS fee to improve the volume.
