[Proposal] Lets fork BTC and give 80% to Luna holders

This would be huge.

  1. We take a snapshot now of all LUNA holders and BTC holders.
  2. Create BTC Classic
  3. Distribution would be
    40% Old Luna Holders
    40% New Luna Holders
    10% All Ethereum Holders
    10% All BTC Holders
