[Proposal] LFG wallet removed in the whitelist for the airdrop LUNA 2

As Do Kwon said: TFL and LFG gets nothing from Terra 2.0 - we’re just trying to make sure the community has a place to keep building
Therefore, we propose to remove the LFG wallet address from the LUNA 2 airdrop recipient list
