Proposal 1623 Terra Ecosystem Revival Plan 2 [AMENDED] was declared FINAL and submitted for vote, then it was AMMENDED with fundamental changes, thus making the current voting for proposal 1623 INVALID and a new proposal should be submitted for vote with the amendments.

well, if Do kwon and his friends want a transparent vote at first place , they would have set it in neutral platform. to avoid doubts and any suspicious. from what i have witnessed this couple days, he can do whatever he wants under the pretext " democracy and community’s choices "
