Suggest to have a linear vesting period(proposing 1 year) of the Luna being distributed to Luna/UST holders. - this is to eliminate any sell pressure upon the fork of the terra chain. - while I understand the fork was particularly aimed at retaining the community, the projects built on Luna and also the brand, a vesting period acts as a balancing mechanism where it the distribution to make Holders whole again, it also ensure that holders are committed to the forked Luna chain

While working on the fork, include key terra projects (Astro, mars protocol, etc) to jointly relaunch together to kickstart the momentum of the forked chain on day 1.

Raise external funding from investors and the community in parallel to the launch of the fork chain, to further fund development of projects/use cases for Luna(with a built in mechanism that the Luna token gets a share of the upside of projects funded by this community redevelopment fund)

They can split Luna holders into 2 groups, before and after the crash, how come they couldn’t give them different voting power?
Use the money to open a 5x long, then use the other half to buy luna… grab some popcorn and enjoy the shortsellers liquidation

To maintain the faith of the community and the integrity of Luna and the LFG, the remaining 1.2 billion in BTC reserves should be used to buy and then burn LUNA to drive down the total LUNA in circulation to a somewhat respectable number to move the price up for holders of LUNA.

This is NOT FAIR on the people who were buying LUNA all the way to the bottom, new and old investors. These are the people who are the REAL investors that were trying to keep the project alive!!

Absolutely disagree with this sorry. This is not a solution to just creating a new coin. If you do care about the community and all that, you will burn to buy back LUNA and burn it or start implementing burning aspects into transactions. The VOLUME on LUNA is currently larger than BTC so A LOT of LUNA would be burned by each transaction. People will start selling all those coins in their wallets when taking small profits each time and we will stabilize.

Sounds like a good plan , brokers should have a perfect idea on who had some in their wallets at the moment of halt. Bitvavo even did a payout as compensation of halting , that would make things easier then to process all user info. Let brokers help a hand.
