Yes good question. It was the SetModuleVersionMap method tested within the InitChainer function. This was the correct place for all cosmos chains in general; however, for us, we needed to move this function to the begin block method… due to the fact it wasn’t run when columbus-5 initially started. All to say, we needed this method to trigger in the past, and since it didn’t, we need to trigger it at a certain block. That changes the state of blocks produced, so all validators need to trigger it at the same time.
