It will fail. Who is going to buy it ? Most of the legacy holders are broke. The new investors that entered after the depeg are the ones that could possibly direct more money into the new chain. But they will not because the team is sc@mming them with this proposal. Moreover, no centralized exchange will list this coin. This coin is de@d before it even was born.
