# WhiteList for CEX´s wallets that implemented off chain TAX

I propose to whitelist CEX´s wallets that implemented off chain burns. Whitelist wallet means that deposite, send or both transactions on chain are not taxed.  
Why i came with this proposal? Because there is a lot of hate about CEXs that will not implement this taxes off chain.  
And meanwhile community friendly CEXs that has implemented offchain tax and burn should get some positive support from community right? My opinion.

Excellent idea. I’m no expert, but it seems rather fair both for users and CEXs.

Everything is under discusion, construction. After community passes some idea and its perfect construction then we will paste proposal at gov.
