They should create a new token called USTB. This token should be given to all who stake their UST’s on anchor with a minimum lock time of 2 years.
The paid APY will be distributed in USTB and only this will be backed by the current luna burns. This is just a very small fraction and wont hurt the luna at all. At the same time it will give value to the UST and therefor also value to the luna through the feedback loop.
This can be implemented very fast and we should do this as a start!
