Summary
First of all We should restore trust for ust and crypto. We can Create fund with real USD like usdc/Usdt did.
Motivation
We try to decide Who should get more or less New tokens but i dont See any proposals about protocol design.
I dont understand Why People should use New forked ust if mostly everithing remain like it was.
Thats why we have to give users more confidence in ust. No need such effectiveness of capital now
Proposal
We have 11 billion ust left. Luna foundation can create bank account. Investors could fund it in exchange of 10-20% of all our luna and ust on every adress. Snapshot before depeg without birned/sold on cex ust.
Technical details should be done by someone else. Im not good at writing proposals. Just an idea most of us could accept
