Summary
Create dapp like dfclunc wich have to feed Oracle pool address instead of burning

Motivation
Over 2 billions lunc burned by dfclunc in 20 days, i think Is good to see more dapp wich also burn, feed Oracle poll or community pool. Oracle pool Is the forniture of staking rewards and Is decreasing too much(less and less staking rewards). We Need every solution to feed Oracle pool.

Proposal
Welcome to people which have capacity of create new dapp or Copy alredy existent like dfclunc with open source code.

The best solution:
Oracle LUNC - for LUNC holders,
Oracle USTC - for USTC holders (or burn).
