[Proposal] Rebalance between hard core hodlers and new buyers

Well I had some LUNA before crash. On the beginning of the “crash” I bought for 100k dollars around 4000 LUNAs. Right now its worth perhaps 30 cents. So whats the difference between me who bought with average price $25 and some other investor who bought LUNAs for 100k dollars with average price $80. He may be holding 1200 LUNAs, I hold 4000 LUNAs. We both lost everything. And now you want to offer the second guy free coins (or whatever) and Ill have to live with loss becouse I bought 60% cheaper then him? Well thats not fair solution at all. There are only 2 fair solutions in this crisis:

First one:

[Proposal] BURN and REMEDY fee with each LUNA transaction

PROPOSAL #1273 — LINK: Terra Station Summary Based on our volume which is around 3B $ (last 24h) at the moment if we implemented only 3% burn tax on each buy and sell transaction we could burn around 300,000,000,000 LUNA at the time of writing this proposal (I took price of 0.0003). This burn tax could be a measure put in place until the supply is low enough for us. What More You could even implement temporary 1% of the volume going to the people that lost money …

Second one:

Quit whining and BUY/BURN

I hope all the people who have lost their money around this period get their money back. Either the community or the people work who are capable and can manage to work towards it should work towards getting money back for people who have lost and for the system to survive itself.
