no, any distribution of 30%, 40%, and 60% to different groups would not be enough, why should I accept 30% of some coin that most likely is going to be heavily dumped when it launches? I will lose 100% of my investment as well as that 40% that I would be given.

No its not, it just needs a patch, and in future to listen and backtest what critics say, most of this could have been avoided if leadership would have been listening and not being to “i know better than you”

It was your fault to mint unlimited supply of LUNA. Here many of us who invested life savings in this coin. Now we lost everything. Now be human and just save us by burning the excess supply or give everyone equal value of the amount they invested.

It would certainly be unique. Not many can suggest treating a specific group of people poorly, and try to spin it as a positive. The network treats all as equals: honor that tradition and make any payback proportional (as this proposal suggests).
Don’t let some crazy dude talk you into oppression, because they’ve decide some people aren’t worthy of being fairly treated in this recovery effort.

In short, Fatman’s proposal says that the rich would lose money to give it to the poor.
If executed, his proposal would be something unique, heroic, praiseworthy and perhaps with unexpected positive consequences for Terra.
Unfortunately the world does not work like that.
Terra’s priority now is ITS survival, ahead of survival of 0-250k UST -before depeg- people or any other.

They can burn LUNA and reset it to start at one billion tokens (as this proposal suggests). But they can’t set a price: the market will decide what they’re worth.

With everything you’re doing trying to save the ecosystem, you’re sacrificing a lot of the new investors; the same investors that you can gain and have them use the ecosystem to salvage mostly damaged relationships with your current proposal which won’t gain their trust but will refund them and have them escape instead of solidifying their trust
