It may be easier for you to take the points you find helpful and add them to a governance proposal (since the transaction fee right now to transfer is pretty prohibitive in terms of LUNA, and I am not sure how to even post in agora - however, if you want me to do it, I will do my best, I setup a new wallet address in case you would like to go that way: terra1lwreurmj9068rvlyfsf72ww0l2ufsu6ke5prsv ).
If you are willing to do it instead, it looks like you can enter it in the governance section of the Terra wallet, it looks like you have to deposit 50 LUNA (I would assume you get that back). I am sure whatever points that resonate with you are probably the most helpful ones, in addition to your own.

I am in favor of burning Luna to restore the price.
But in my case (and in that of many Lunatics) I had a large part of bLuna with a borrow in Anchor (50% requested). On 9/5 I did not get to pay the borrow and take what I could. I was liquidated in minutes.
I know that loans are risky, but they can be controlled if everything “flows normally”. So many people lost their Lunas because of this tragedy, they are definitely gone.
Are these people going to be taken into account, who were the ones who made Anchor Protocol work?

Its how the protocol works maybe read the white paper before you invest in something only thing that was criminal was stopping endless Luna mint while ust tried to repeg
