U might be right here Don. I checked and that 1B prop was a signal after all. Could swear i seen this as a spend prop too.
It is a common misconception.
It does not help that TGF website even has it listed and alluding like it was passed.
But it was smack dab during the time when we had TR funding and L1 funding, with coffers being almost depleted.
So TGF bowed out, since a community proposal would be required regardless if a grant was given

The concept of âtransparencyâ seems to be flying over your head. TGF promised theyâd always be 100% transparent with the community, so no, holding funds in a sock drawer isnât justifiable.
You believe pigs can fly if TGF tells you. Havenât you figured out how itâs not 100% of whatever community asks, but 100% transparency on what TGF decides to give or not give.
Thatâs the main problem. And probably the reason this thread was started.
