In your proposal, how would swaps between Luna/UST from Terra Station be considered between the 10th and 13th? And what of the staking rewards during this time?
Also, can the attacker(s) be identified, if there were any? If there was someone who conducted the attack, would this proposal be giving them the means to conduct the same attack?
