XAU "Stablecoin" in Terra

Would it theoretically be possible to add XAU aka. Gold¨as a “Stablecoin” to the Terra Mint/Market Core? ps: same applies for XAG (Silver).

As far as I understand the architecture, the validators should also be able to get price feeds for XAU 1Oz of gold, as it seems quite standardize in the markets. I assume there should be reliable Gold SDR rates available.

so why not burn some $luna to mint gold? :upside_down_face:

what do you think about that idea in general, worth proceeding?

Whats the advantage of this over the MIR stock mIAU?

I dont see people paying in gold coins now (I say this as a PM fan)
