Many proposals are being created under the proposal type of Text Proposal when they should be a “Poll” to gauge people’s sentiment towards an idea or project

To have an additional Proposal type of “Poll”, which can be used to gauge people’s sentiment towards an idea or project. This proposal be a code change option to allow for future and more options, via a parameter so that options can be added in the future.
