Not just communicate with Do Kwon, but also communicate with community. You know what they want, you know what to do. You donât need permission from do kwon. Mexc didnât get a permit from do kwon, they just started to act. People are suffering, timing is everything, you canât save those people with 2 years locked untrustworthy totally new born coin.

LUNA and UST transfers took place on the Terra chain in and out of binance. So on chain data should show what was on Binances âbooksâ pre-attack. So the whole blockchain should be included in the snapshot.
Binance could then distribute to pre attack holders accordingly as everything is on record.
I am patient.
