This outcome was obvious.

The Terra Revival V2 plan proposed by Do Kwon is essentially an admission of financial fraud.

Stop looking for the easy way out, pull up your sleeves and do the work. Transaction tax, buy and burn LUNA. No fork.

Not suprising, Luna still can be saved with Burn and They can burn Luna even with Zero Dollar. Just need to Taxing every Luna Transaction on every CEX out there and sent it to be burnt.
