[Proposal] Help UST Pegging. Increase estimated minting capacity to $1200M

The below proposal would be the most impactful first step for the community at large and would help save Terra’s reputation. And it would only cost ~1B-1.5B.

[Proposal] Tiered repayment: airdrop USDC/USDT to small UST holders on Terra

It would take far less than $5b. With less than $2b we can refund 99.6% of Anchor wallets. That’s what makes this plan so elegant. We can use the least amount of money to achieve the maximum amount of societal good.

I really wish this was getting more support.
