The purpose of this proposal is to unite motivations, aspirations and ideas under the same umbrella. A goal, a north that offers us the possibility to see where we are going and what we can achieve in the short and medium term.

La presente propuesta, tienen como finalidad, unir las motivaciones, aspiraciones e ideas bajo un mismo paraguas. Una meta, un norte que nos ofrezca la posibilidad de ver, hacia a donde vamos y que podemos llegar a alcanzar en el corto y mediano plazo.
Proposal

The idea was to unite different concepts from different sources, made by some members of TR and by the community, in different social networks. Thus creating a more concrete framework in which to develop and grow the entire Terra Classic ecosystem and its economy in general. Doing it in a decentralized and highly useful way for different users and investors.
In summary, the proposal touches on the following points.
- To achieve a joint vision of what we want to achieve in the future in the ecosystem, to channel all efforts and developments with the same purpose,
- Revalue and strengthen the “Digital Bank” and the “synthetic asset market” that was Terra Classic, from which the largest flow of money and market capitalization came from;
- Create a Decentralized Asset Market (of different types) within the chain and thus attract large capitals.
- Creation of Category Markets, for DApps, NFTs, Stable Currencies, Exchange Traded Funds Indices (ETFs), among other possible ones;
- Create a new stable token USTM, having as collateral different valuable assets and linked to Gold (for the fundamentals detailed in the proposal), to provide a financial layer of security and safeguard of value of the new token created, for the ecosystem in general and large investors;
- Creating a Lunc-M collateral token listed on LUNC for investments in the creation of the new USTM token, which can be traded and redeemed in the future for USTM.
- Creation of an Earnings Reserve Fund for the market capitalization of USTC to pay investors who were affected by the devaluation of USTC. Until it reaches the value of 1 us again. Backed by the assets obtained from the Fund. This fund would be generated through the commissions collected from the different DApps transactions;
- Link LUNC to the new USTM token and USTC in a unidirectional way, to act as a deflationary and accelerated burning mechanism, until LUNC reaches 10B market cap or the value decided by the community in the future;
- Obtaining 70% contributions from the community or funds linked to it, and on the other hand, establishing the contribution of companies or large investors at a maximum of 30%, to safeguard Decentralization and decision making by the community.
- Generate a decentralized and communitarian administrative structure for the management of such an economy, which facilitates decision making and actions to be taken.
- A greater decentralization of the Ecosystem, through a mechanism of individual nodes complementary to the current validators, similar to the system of “guardians” used by Wormhole.
- Creation of a NON-inflationary Rewards mechanism, arising from the commissions charged to trade in decentralized exchanges and from the different asset transactions between the DApps and the Decentralized Market.

Se trató de unir diferentes conceptos de distintas fuentes, realizados por algunos integrantes de TR y por parte de la comunidad, en diferentes redes sociales. Creando con ello, un marco más concreto en el cual se pueda desarrollar y ver crecer a todo el ecosistema Terra Classic y su economía en general. Haciéndolo de una manera descentralizada y de alta utilidad para los distintos usuarios e inversores.
De manera sintética la propuesta toca los siguientes puntos.

- Lograr tener una visión conjunta de lo que se quiere lograr a futuro en el ecosistema, para encausar todos los esfuerzos y desarrollos con un mismo fin,

- Revalorizar y Fortalecer el “Banco Digital” y el “mercado de activos sintéticos” que fue Terra Classic, del cual procedía el mayor flujo de dinero y la capitalización de mercado;

- Crear un Mercado Descentralizado de Activos (de diferentes tipos) dentro de la cadena y atraer así a los grandes capitales.

- Creación de Mercados por Categorías, para DApps, NFT, Monedas Estables, Índices de Bolsas de Monedas (ETFs), entre otros posibles;

- Crear un nuevo token estable USTM, teniendo como colateral diferentes activos de valor y vinculado al Oro (por los fundamentos que se detallan en la propuesta), para brindar una capa financiera de seguridad y resguardo de valor del nuevo token creado, para el ecosistema en general y los grandes inversores;

- Crear un token de garantía Lunc-M cotizado en LUNC para las inversiones en la creación del nuevo token USTM, que podrá ser comercializado y ser canjeado a futuro por USTM.

- Creación de un Fondo de Reservas de Utilidades para la capitalización de mercado de USTC y así pagar a lo inversores que se vieron afectados por la desvalorización de USTC. Hasta que alcance el valor de 1 us nuevamente. Respaldado por los activos obtenidos del Fondo. Dicho fondo se generaría a través de la comisiones cobradas de las diferentes transacciones de las DApps;

- Vincular LUNC al nuevo token USTM y a USTC de una manera unidireccional, para que actúe como un mecanismo deflacionario y de quemas acelerado, hasta que LUNC alcance los 10B de capitalización de mercado o el valor que decida a futuro la comunidad;

- Resguardar la Descentralización y la toma de decisiones por parte de la comunidad**.

- Generar una estructura administrativa descentralizada y comunitaria, para el manejo de una economía de tales características, que facilite, la toma de decisiones y acciones a realizar.

- Una Mayor Descentralización del Ecosistema, a través de un mecanismo de nodos individuales complementario a lo de los validadores actuales, similar al sistema de “guardianes” que utiliza Wormhole.

- Creación de un mecanismo de Recompensas NO inflacionario, que surge de la comisiones cobradas al comercio de los intercambios descentralizados y de las distintas transacciones de activos entre las DApps y el Mercado Descentralizado.
