this prop is passing. so if you are genuinely doing all this for the good of the chain, keep fighting; but in a more ‘hospitable’ way i hope(as you might ‘scare’ ppl away). and look at the bright side - even though the community choose them instead of yours tis time, at least you hv make them revise their prop and return Q1 balance.

Community was mostly against their prop - it was the corrupt validators that swung it, with Allnodes doing the most damage (they singlehandedly killed our prop and passed Steve’s). TGF returning some money from Q1 is bitter victory when they’re about to stall LUNC’s development for another 3 months.
But we did all we could. Sometimes you just gotta stand aside and watch the train crash.

Blockchain development cannot be slowed down or postponed. We do not have the privilege of wasting time or hoping for something better. If the work will be carried out, even if it is more expensive, it has to be done. Lunc must reach parity with other blockchains and open doors to other networks and dapps. The integration of the new Astroport would be very good, completely eliminating the old one and allowing to bridge with the other networks.
Everywhere you will see someone putting shit so that something does not flourish. The same rubbish that governments do to misinform or protect their interests.
The community is not a bunch of people writing in a forum. We don’t know how many of them are real and how many are fake accounts.
I agree with your overall post. I didn’t write what I did meaning that work should stop - it shouldn’t. But given the scam prop that just passed (11462), the people doing said work won’t be enough to get us where we need to go in time.
If we don’t give them confidence and allow them to show their worth and what they are capable of, we won’t know how far they can go. We’re just making them lose motivation and affecting morale.
We already gave them that for 3 months when Q1 passed and with a full team they didn’t deliver parity like it was promised. Now they have less people on the team with a backlog dragging from Q1 and work for the whole Q2 to complete. Fun times ahead

Well, you do not know of many exchanges in my country as well. Do you know that there is an exchange called WazirX who has dragged Binance to court for lying?
Binance denied that they are investors in this exchange and said that they are merely service providers. Do you know of Binance being a service provider for anyone? No you don’t. And here is an exchange in a third world country.

Who is the new senior developer?
I was checking his Git. All of his activity is hidden apart from the Oracle Feeder. His branch is also behind the main branch so he’s hasn’t got back to work as of yet. He would have at least pulled otherwise if he had started work.
Can you please ask him to make his activity public for the Terra repo’s he is working on? In the Classic Core repo his last commit is on Feb 20, 2023.
I can see that Frag and Vinh are the two primary contributors and in one of the branches, they had both commited just 24 hours back.
So they are working.
These are the non-existent people in the team currently. Unless we see Git commits from these people, it cannot be assumed that they are working.
