Joint L1 Task Force Q2

Are you an Ex-TR? I just want to set the record straight. Rabbi or nobody else should make a proposal for a team that was not consulted or in this case non-existent .

Rabbi’s approach is not the most effective approach. Without the involvement and support of the team members themselves, it may be difficult to adopt the proposal that was developed by the L! team. Additionally, presenting a proposal on behalf of a team without their knowledge or consent could be seen as presumptuous or disrespectful. Or maybe it was just to get rid of Z.

If Rabbi is proposing a solution to the LUNC organization on behalf of a team, it would have been more productive to work collaboratively with the team to develop/adjust the proposal.

What if the team is not able or willing to participate in his proposal ? Find anther team? Not wise in my opinion. Rabbi ,et al did not do enough research to get as much information as possible about the team’s situation, and to ensure that the proposal is based on a clear understanding of the challenges the team may face. To name Bilbo and Jacob on that team is a slap in one’s face. Now Inonman may not be on that team also. So here we a situation that development on the chain will stall. For how long ?
We must all be cognizant of the fact that our actions are affecting our business. Investors are shying away from this blockchain. Cz may soon depart too.

$10,000/month for Superman, aka InonMan, x 3 months = $30,000 overall for Q2
$7,500/month for Till, aka Fragwuerdig, x 3 months = $22,500 overall for Q2
$7,500/month for Vinh, x 3 months = $22,500 overall for Q2
$5,000/month Bilbo Baggins x 3 months = $15,000 overall for Q2
$5,000/month Jacob Gadikian x 3 months = $15,000 overall for Q2

Superman is out!
5-1 =4
Bilbo and Jacob. You cant be serious.
5-3=2

You are recruiting now!

That’s only 7. Not so big after all.

NB. Your “copy and paste” proposal is not up for vote as yet. This community will turn on you in the blink of an eye.

Proposal 11432 is the LuncBurnArmy proposal and matches his Agora text.
Proposal 11426 is an alternate proposal authored by non-doxxed persons who go by the names Rabbi Jebediah and Mr. Baboon. (See: https://classic-agora.terra.money/t/alternate-l1-task-force-spending-prop-for-q2-2023/50532
Either intentionally or by mistake, the link in their proposal 11426, points to the wrong Agora text?
I also believe it was a mistake that their proposal was published first for voting … someone else paid the deposit money thinking it was a LuncBurnArmy proposal.
Rabbi Jebediah and Mr. Baboon, both of whom refuse to be doxxed and promote that as a means of avoiding investigation attempts by any government entity, have not to date I believe been part of any of the main LUNC development teams in the LUNC community, but do have a long history of trying to promote themselves into leadership positions (or having significant influence in LUNC ecosystem direction) by spreading negative criticism of others in leadership positions whom they have chosen to not like… recently most noteably Tobias Anderson.
The authors of proposal 11432 (LuncBurnArmy. a.k.a. L1TF) on the other hand are strong proponents of all persons in leadership positions being doxxed and the building of positive and open dialog with government agencies such as the SEC.

The LUNC community unfortunately has an unusually large number of influencers who are very opiniated and mostly at odds with each other.
Few amongst the influencers apart from professor Edward Kim, would have what I would call a likeable personality. Edward Kim who is well respected by almost all, has paid a pivotal role since the inception of LUNC to keep the community together. Unfortunately however he recently chose to assume a lesser leadership role so that he could pursue some of his longtime personal interests.
That has resulted in significant power struggles amongst the influencers who remain hence the somewhat toxic atmosphere we are currently in.

Nope, not us. :man_shrugging:

Please cite and quote where Rabbi and/or MrBaboon have tried to assume leadership positions. Go ahead, I’ll wait. You can try and paint me as an usurper because I’m active on the Agora and elsewhere, but MrBaboon isn’t, so your assertion is completely false.

He had, and has it coming. Stop simping for someone who steals from the community!

Yes, that’s the problem - they’re abusing the chain to subjugate it under US and SEC law. LUNC is an international decentralized network, we’re not supposed to be controlled by any government, least of all the USA with its draconian laws and medieval financial punitive measures. The TGF decided they’d take the chain in this direction anyway, and to hell with the rest of us, we don’t even get a vote! Thanks for making my point for me by including this snippet, lol. :joy:

So Ed Kim’s an influencer now? What’s his TikTok? Does he have an Onlyfans? :joy: :joy: :joy:

There wouldn’t be any need for change if the people currently steering the ship were doing their job. They’re not. Tobias is a shitty leader, programmer, and overall person. TGF is a crap organization filled with scamming grifters and sycophants who plunder the CP to fund their legal liability defense due to being doxxed US citizens. Get your facts straight before shilling for those cretins.

Shalom.

What did @Zaradar steal? Stop your character assassination. Have you ever agreed with someone whose views are diametric to yours? Do you think your opinions are always the right ones?

Your Sadim touch is negatively affecting the lunc chain. You ruin everything you touch.

Rabbi is swearing again. You are a real cuckoo disguised under a rabbi avatar!

Your Sadim touch:

$4M - You destroyed
Alex - You destroyed
Zaradar- You destroyed
Next on the list -LUNC

Your willful ignorance, or a refusal to learn or acknowledge the truth, is a problematic state of mind. It is leading you to closed-mindedness, prejudice, and even dangerous behaviors. Therefore, it is important for you to strive to overcome your ignorance.

Prop was d3ad on arrival anyway. Should’ve been shot down earlier when all the compromising info came out. Most validators still waiting for the last day to cast their votes… “guardians of the chain” my ass.

:100: % in agreement.

It may happen that sometimes, some people, just have an hidden agenda. Not all the people here, in agora, have a constructive mood, not all the people here want to see the success of lunc.

At the end of the story we all have to focus on what is better for the chain. It doesn’t really matter if, this time, we have to accept compromises!

We have to keep focused on building value for the chain, guys! I say let’s vote yes for L1 q2, next quarter they’ll propose things better or we’ll have more time to discuss. .

Putting finger to others is just a cover for your hidden agenda which is seen very clearly.

Add Allnodes to that list, since he tried to cap their voting power and tombstone them in the process …

Thanks for this. This really helped bring me up to speed and anyone else not intimately involved with all the ins and outs so far. Appreciate it much.

The old L1TF is finished. There is not even a point to vote on the Q2 spending plan they have put up. You are free to assemble your own proposal and submit it for governance. Rabbis proposed team has 6/8 members confirmed to work on LUNC. That is enough. The hours from 2 lost devs will be distributed onto the remaining ones. What’s the problem exactly?

Zaradar used his position to win over 150k for TR before blowing the team up from inside. That’s only 1 example.

On the final note why Q2 L1TF Team is done in the water:

There are discrepancies in what TGF recieved from the Community Pool and what they actually paid out to devs. Their spending on the website and Project Manager also don’t add up. More details will follow soon. Anyone defending the L1TF should start doing their due diligence now to avoid being totally embarrassed after the public awareness of this grows.

I am only an observer who may not have voting rights. I appreciate that Zaraddar and his team are willing to do a project that not many people can do. but I observe this Luna community, from terra Rebels, teracvita, luncDao, cryptoking and others. they are not all compact and tackle each other. indeed this is good in a community with democracy. but preferably in this forum only. Don’t go on Twitter or anything else that is open and read by many people. we all think maybe one word decentralization is a good thing and democracy in voting is the best. the pros and cons of healthy debate is also a good thing. we agree with all of that. but luna classic is made for people all over the world. and they don’t understand all the technical stuff like this. what they know is their money to buy lunch will have value in the future. and not really care about the technical stuff you guys do behind the scenes. what a difficult job and requires extraordinary skills. zaraddar is a senior developer who has extraordinary skills. but I see he doesn’t have good public relations. This public wants to see intelligent people face all challenges with a cool head and accept all insults and insults with an open chest. Zaraddar is a bit emotional, doesn’t like criticism and is a bit arrogant and doesn’t seem to be able to work as a team. I was quite disappointed when he left Rebels for some reason where Rebels was completely blasphemed in public. How can the public want to buy and invest in Lunc if the developers make us all confused. Who should we follow and which one should I trust. the more development teams the better but work and work together. don’t even fight writing in public. this terrifies many retail investors. don’t get me wrong… this retail has little money but if the whole world is put together they are big and solid. not easy to shake the price and not easy to panic. big investors if they don’t like it will throw away lunc and damp immediately. but retail is its best price buffer. let zaraddar reflect first that working together in a team and in a community is good. and mutual respect for other people’s opinions without blasphemy in public is the best.

This community needs developers and people who are objective and not people who are criticizing others and looking at twitter to later judge or blame someone.
Without leaving anyone out. The community cannot afford to go looking for the best apples on the tree when the tree is rotting.

Lmao you’re not getting on the team. And you’re not getting paid.

Deal with it. :joy: :joy: :joy:

Working with this community is very difficult. They even interfere in people’s private lives. If I were a developer, I wouldn’t want to work. The community doesn’t know who to hire because they are not developers, and the only solution is for a known developer like prof.ed to conduct interviews in recruitment and transfer it to the community in a way they can understand.

Working with @RabbiJebediah on this issue, I think, involves a great risk. Developers need to reveal to the community and gain acceptance along with their past projects.

@Rex1 or former L1 members should be contacted and asked for help with hiring. Improvements on Terraport and TerraCasino are really successful and accepted by the community
