From the information from LFG mean the terra cannot do any compensation.
Then why you just don’t do
- let the old one end by the market(cause we didn’t have much more resource to do anything with it now)
- fix the mint and burn process
- restore snapshot for all amount in address to before the attack to new coin
- start the marketing process to new coin that you already fixed issue
any confidence will be back when the new chain works in future
