Now that UST and Luna are decoupled, can UST go higher than $1?

I was watching UST recover some just now, and I thought the upside is limited to $1. But now that they are decoupled, is there a ceiling to UST?

Technically Yes but only if you Buy but the question is are you going to buy a derivative stable coin when the underlying asset LUNA itself is close to ZERO?
