well, whitelisting feature was an urgent measure that was implemented yesterday. it was needed, i think you might agree with that looking at the huge amount of spam proposals there? the whitelisting procedure is still establishing, they got a bit too strict on what to whitelist, true. but 1273 is back now, innit? for âproposal where delegations stopped after a voteâ - donât know what you mean here exactly, but you can see all activity on the blockchain and perform any forensics youâd like.
