Those who bought when Luna was below 1$ or 0.1$ should be paid back at the same price they bought and all of these trillions of Luna should be burnt in order to move back to around 500M max Luna in total !

impossible and illegal. 1 luna = 1 luna no matter when you bought it, or for how much.
You cant just take away someoneās luna and give them an arbitrary price.
Burning may be the answer, but the tokens will first have to be bought at-market from willing sellers, or sent to a burn address willingly by the owner of the tokens.(or of course a tax on transactions as the thread suggests)

Why the new proposal says LUNA + UST? This is very bad idea. UST cannot be revived! Why?
- The important element for any stable coin adoption is āTRUSTāā¦ UST has lost it.
- UST pegging with LUNA has bugs that cannot be fixedā¦ even if somehow it were fixed, doesnāt mean trust will be back.
- Without Trust there will be another bank run at the slightest fudā¦ once that happens again people are going to lose money and it will be the end of LUNA CLASSICā¦ this time for good.

When can this proposal be voted among all the people who own luna and not only the 10% that fall into the category of the old validators?
I understand that maybe in an emergency situation that helped to keep control of the network, but when will a normal decentralized voting be part of LUNA network again?
P.s: is there a risk of 51% attack now in LUNAC?
