I wanted to redelagate. So I unstaked it and now I have Lunas in undelegated assets in station. I do not know have to redelagate. Do I have to wait for 21 days :(.?

yes, unfortunately once you have unstaked you need to wait for 21 days.
Next time you can just click the new validator that you want to redelegate to, click delegate, then from the source select your current validator that you want to redelegate out.
