Itâs very concerning that the community doesnât actually have oversight over itâs own L1 team. There should be no code or projects generated that have no prior discussion or community voting. The very essence of what we are is a community driven chain - not a free for all where those with access take advantage of their clearance levels. Voting No certainly, possibly with Veto.

Honestly you guys at TCV and Terra have treated the community like idiots for too long now, this is YOUR fault, YOUR responsibility⊠you should be paying back every investor from your own pockets.
Then you have the nerve to tell the very people your incompetence caused to be in this situation in the first place that to vote against you then they are âhelping criminalsâ
YOU guys are the ones liable here, youâve done naff all to stop or remedy the situation and havenât even bothered to actually apologise and take any responsibility at all for your monumental f-up, and now you want to damage the Lunc chain to help you?
You KNOWINGLY launched Terraport with NO AUDIT OR REVIEW (trust me bro, our code was fine!).
You KNOWINGLY told the community before you launched that an audit was in progress and even had it in the whitepaper.
You KNOWINGLY had a dev wallet in control of the LP rather than it being totally locked in a smart contract.
You say you launched early because of FUD? do you actually think ANYONE buys that? it was GREED, and at worse a plan.
You KNOWINGLY HID the true price action of your coin to make it look like no one was selling and the price just went up.
You sold more coins that you where supposed to in the private presale & investor presale (guess what this made all levels below you earn less in vesting)
You had sketchy accounts earning way more from vesting than they where supposed to
You did F-ALL once the âHACKâ was âdiscoveredâ - the damn community froze wallets and reported everything while you guys basically fave zero information out.
Youâve treated this whole community like a personal playground, including millions of dollars of peoples funds with zero regard for opsec and basic security practices and now you want to try to strong arm people into this proposal or they will be âhelping criminalsâ?
Youâve just shredded all remaining trust anyone had in you, you get that right?
Be a man, admit youâre responsible, completely, for this situation and that youâre in way over your head in this industry and owe every investor every single penny back because this whole thing was 100% avoidable and you all know itâŠarseholes!!

No, it was done all above Governance heads. They can go and f* off with this prop. Other than that @fragwuerdig needs to f* go for coding this in without authorisation. If this will pass - then we should also do what @petes-fan-club proposed and nuke the wallets of developers and influencers involved in terraport since as @faddat said over a week ago - they have commited GROSS NEGLIGENCE.

To be fair I am newâŠbut I joined specifically because up until this point I trusted the teams who look after us. But adding code and working behind closed doors? Not releasing names or source code, I felt it time to speak up.

The reason to vote NO is NOT that we do not want folks to get their funds back. Of course we do, The real question is what is the cost, who is paying for it? and are 100% of the funds coming back, or 50% or whatever. Then where are the funds going once they come back. If you get back $4 million dollars shouldnt LUNC chain get a 10% fee $400,000 burn (or something) for fixing someone elses hack fix? Until these things are spelled out and clear as a bell then just vote no or abstain. Another prop that went to vote way too fast before adequate discussion.

This situation is very similar to Ethereumâs hard fork after the DAO hack. The ETH community preached âCODE IS LAWâ until the people who controlled it got hacked and they broke their own rule. If the same thing happens with Terra, the dream of a free monetary system will be forever crushed.

I think weâre going to see some real community engagement - people are pissed off. Not everyone has as much time to dedicate to the daily affairs but this is forcing some to create accounts and speak up, and rightly so.

in my opinion has a community member and a stacker i would ask for the prop to be divided in several steps.
1- code for temp wallet locks
2- code for perma/freeze wallets
3- gov proposal to lock x wallet based on x,y,z evidences very detailed info
a community blockchain is not your decentralized pvt hacking paradise.
LUNC community should set themselves appart of this perceived idea that crypto=scams

really how sad for this blockchain, impersonating a validator and taking advantage of a off blockchain for personal and group profit, for new investors how sad it is instead of wanting to help the chain to burn off supply faster, it turns out to be conned. and how unprofessional they are that the proposal has just been published on the forum, but has already voted. validators and influencers who voted for this proposal seem to have to be kept away from the block chain, they are very dangerous for the continuity and trust of new investors who will enter this block chain. it should be evaluated from the L1 team who said they would help code, whether this network will really be decentralized or just a tagline but in reality it is centralized. letâs think logically, donât be easily led by evil influencers and validators. the community must come together. NO WITH VETO !!

Does it occur from the hack? I did see TCVâs announcement. However, I donât agree with this becacuse evidences are not enough.
I donât see codes of Terraport yet. You TCV says like that LUNCâve got a critical issue about the security
on the L1 Level.
This is the L2 level problem. Iâve never heard that L1s constructed by Cosmos SDK have that critical security
problem.
If it pass in the future, LUNC will be the dea_d chain that malicious programers could do rug_pull easy without any resistance.
I know L1 devs commitment but itâs almost the third.

Fâreals though on the off chance some moronic validators decide to pass this prop kiss goodbye to any dApp worth its salt EVER launching on Terra Classic or attracting seasoned crypto investors/new capital to the chain.
