Withdrawal to Kucoin not received

I recently deposited UST from my terra wallet to USTC on Kucoin, I’m pretty sure that I entered the receiving address and memo correctly, but for some reason I didn’t receive my UST on Kucoin, it been more than an hour so far and the deposit history shows no data.

I hope I can get any kind of help regarding this issue.

If your transaction shows as success on Terra Finder, then the only holdup is KuCoin indexing the transaction. In that case, have the tx hash handy and message their support to have them check on it (if you still haven’t received it by now).
