A lot of people might be against this idea but i thought i would throw it in. Is there any chance maybe we can ask TFL or TCV for help on the L1 lead developer position even as a part time option at least by the end of Q2 ( Parity) ?
Until we find someone that would want to do this full time to me it seems that those 2 groups are most well known and liked in the community and most familiar with the chain as a whole so maybe they can appoint us a “supervisor”.
Sad to see that Zaradar is leaving at this time, i know that he was planning to go after Q2 but i guess its too late now after that Twitter fiasco (I always liked to listen to his AMA’s, the guy is very intelligent and has a great vision but was very disappointed by his reaction) . If he had just ignored all the noise it probably wouldn’t have come to this.

Why are you in such a rush to get your props through?
I cannot vote yes for any prop that asks for funds for devs not present!
This is a massive red flag 
There is no Superman currently and the amount for a new senior dev should be a separate prop when that person is found.
Also you should not at any time launder the funds through any CEX we need transparency more than ever!

Let me get this straight - For the next three months you expect us to pay 125k$ for:
*2 PART - TIME devs.
*A Project Manager (I think we as a community have already paid our fair share to moderate discord and a project manager to MANAGE 2 PART TIME DEVELOPERS is completely unnecessary and unacceptable!)
*A Senior developer that currently DOES NOT EXIST and has recently quit?
This is a no-brainer for me and the rest of the community! This is unnacceptable and seems like a desperate cash grab!

Paying for a project manager to oversee 2 devs
I honestly do not understand what the hell is going on and why people are pretending to themselves this is an ok approach to buisness.
We all want work to continue and parity to be reached but honest to god …

Maybe it would be helpful if it was discussed rather than attacked. I think you’re ignoring this while reading the comments. Do you think they can argue? profanity, insults, harassment, discrediting, accusations and self-interest. There’s a lot more to discuss. I think this should be resolved first.
