Who will be the owners of the LUNC blockchain repos?

I am asking which persons will be the github organization owners- the ones with complete administrative access. @Zaradar when he left TR had his PR role removed. If we are going to pay for the work, what will happen if the community needs new owners? This can become an annoyance if we reach this point.

Please address currently that is is no stable coin in the terra ecosystem anymore paired to the dollar for swaps. Please also communicate with do kwon to request funding for this or his usage of said wallet to benefit the community (liquidate assets and purchase lunc to fill the community pool)

A suggestion from me is to somehow begin acquiring new off-chain stake able assets to help pay for future developement with staking rewards without draining lunc liquidity

Furthermore for a DEX I would suggest LUNC LOANING where users can loan their LUNC to the DEX for a set period and earn rewards from fees in return. This way the DEX will never run out of liquidity or be attacked.

On a somewhat related note @ek826, would you and the others on the L1 team who are doxxed be willing to sign boilerplate contracts that cover some of the deliverables you’ve mentioned in the OP?

I concur. My contracts always have a boiler plate clause. This clause “outlines certain conditions enforced to which parties must adhere, including when a contract is broken and how any problems and disputes are resolved”. Very important @ek826 .

Considering most of the L1 developers that would be contracted all have proposal that turn this blockchain into an ecosystem for startups and experimental startups. Something IMO doesn’t add any value. As there’s already less restrictive and less expensive alternatives already in the marketplace.

No canonical repo: A: this is a further measure of decentralization. There will be no centralized github repo, but rather it will be the onus of the developer group to gain the trust of the validators to accept code via git commit history or code audits

Apart from decentralization, why are you changing the modus operandi at this stage? How is this different from how TR did it?

Two junior developers training budget is requested to upskill junior developers committed to helping the L1 development, with the desired goal to have them learn the inner workings of cosmos-sdk, tendermint, and be able to contribute to the future of Luna Classic. Two developers that have already shown initiative are Frank and Zorro. Junior developers will attend all meetings and be tasked with specific deliverables, documentation, and research
