I like like this proposal. If I could make one amendment it would be that you reduce all salaries by approx 10-15% and use the saving to keep your role in the team.
Id also like to say thank you for the work youāve done so far. I think people fail to forget that ye have only been here 3months. With any normal business you would expect teething problems and that it would take the team time to get to know eachother and work cohesively on the tasks at hand. I think the community would do well to realise this and adjust their expectations accordingly.

Letās face the harsh truth: We have to deal with it, donāt we? Would you rather rely on incentives for the team members to complete the work or would you rather rely on pressure from the community insisting on the Q1 deliverables? We have to move forward instead of looking back. Remember, there is a significant amount of LUNC that has been returned to the community pool. Try to see this as a compensation.

Inonman was the lead developer, but Inonman left 2 months ago. Either on the run or dealing with personal matters, depending who you ask, but an empty spot does no developing.
