since there is clearly a debate on whether new $LUNA holders should be able to vote or not … let’s vote on it …
Proposal
allow current staked $LUNA holders to decide whether new $LUNA holders should be able to stake and cast their vote …
seems to me only fair
then maybe they would decide that new $LUNA holders shouldn’t be able to vote … or maybe they would open the conversation to everyone …
