Be quiet, please. You are both right. The tax on the network is almost meaningless. Volumes are small. If Senor Jesus can negotiate with the exchanges, why not? There are the largest volumes. Iasked on social media, conducted polls, posted on the agora forum, and even got the proposal whitelisted. Therefore, it is unlikely that people did not see the proposal. It is more likely that the reasons for not voting were related to external pressures and concerns about potential controversy.
