Sorry, but I don’t think in those categories.
Just a reminder - a governance attack has already occurred, in that a fraction of a fraction of a percent of outstanding LUNC currently controls the vote (I believe it’s approximately 0.003% but give or take an order of magnitude and the point stands).
If someone currently does control 2/3 of outstanding LUNC then they effectively have purchased the right to stake and vote with that share, as have those holding 99.997% of other LUNC outstanding but currently unable to be staked or voted with.
In other words - the greater threat is the existing severe governance attack, not a hypothetical one in the future.
On a technical note, limiting any one validator to 20% simply means you need to get approximately 3 validators on board to perform the attack you speak of. That’s not that difficult a task.
Thankfully, this looks likely to pass. Looking forward to the unlocking of validators in August so those who participated/were complicit in the current governance compromise can be (hopefully permanently) sidelined.

Orion always waits to vote. He takes longer as he seeks direction from his Delegators before voting. He also knows whith his size, if he votes very early he could have influence on the vote results as everyone is always watching what Orion does.

A successful vote is the first step. A MAJOR step in that direction. I am sure timelines will be presented as soon as possible by the team.

This is not a Paramiter change, its going to take a new update to the blockchain, but rest assured that a team is working hard to implement this. It will take some time as testing is needed to ensure the saftey of the chain, but the goal is to implement as soon as possible.
There will be updates and a timeline provided on the recent proposals approved. You have to understand the work being done is not by TFL but a new dedicated team of developers.

thanks a lot for your kind answer. For the record, I was not complaining, just genuinely asking out of curiosity. As a sideline hodler / stacker, i do not believe that I can really complain about time frame I have no incidence on
