The snapshot should be taken from when trading was halted on exchanges. This will be at different times on each exchange.
Motivation
A snapshot date for the fork has been proposed for May 7. This is unacceptable as many people who bought the dip at encouragement of Kwon himself would be excluded from redistribution. This is unfair to the brave speculators who purchased prior to the halt and invested in this falling knife.
Proposal
Many detractors of the fork plan fall into this category and this move would go a far way to achieving the goal of a fork and including everyone with minimal resistance from the community.
