He may shake his head but can’t provide any actionable solution. Once it was revealed there were no funds left he didn’t put forth a proposal of his own.
Binance could also come to the rescue and inject money into Luna if they really cared about the community. They have more money than they know how to spend. Why don’t they come to the rescue with a cash infusion?
