I have my tokens on bsc. Must I bridge to terra, so I can get the fantastic refund of my $100k equivalent to 1 almighty dollar?

i have the same quesiton, my 40k UST where on anchor over AVLANCHE
i could not sell since they shut down the bridge and when you unstake, the anchor has to bridge back the tokens.
Now i dont know if i will be elegible from my UST on avalanche
